Apparel Warranty Policy
All Hempworks apparel is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Warranty claims are to be made through the Authorized Hempworks dealer where purchased. Warranty is only valid with proof of purchase from an Authorized Hempworks Dealer. The Hempworks warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper fit. Alteration of Hempworks products will void warranty.
What is not Covered
Even though the applicable warranty period may not have expired, certain conditions may invalidate Hempworks warranty coverage.
By way of example, but not all inclusive.
Hempworks will not issue replacement product or credit for returned clothing that have experienced:
* Excessive wear
* Any type of abuse or mistreatments
* Excessive damage/scuffing to materials caused by accidents
* Damage to materials caused by lack of proper maintenance

If you have any question regarding proper hemp care or Hempworks product warranties please call us. All items must be returned to Hempworks
for warranty evaluation. Hempworks reserves the right to repair the items. Clothing receiving either a replacement or partial credit will be destroyed
and cannot be returned to you.
Cleaning and Conditioning
Please note that cleaning and conditioning your hemp clothing may alter the appearance of the material.
In order to keep your Hemp clothing in perfect condition, Hempworks recommands to use dry cleaning only.
Do not machine wash or machine dry.
